Matthew Rorick is the owner and winemaker at Napa’s Forlorn Hope. A former submarine-periscope repairman & advocate of rare grapes, Matthew’s wines aren’t your grandpa’s Napa. Forward-thinking and rebellious, Forlorn Hope wines are a mainstay at Lucille.
October 29 - November 10 ✨ ORANGE WINE
Natty, Up Close, and Personal - Orange wines are a niche, next-step topic for wine lovers. Typically assertive, aromatic, and funky, orange wines are white wines given the red wine treatment. Tannin, bite, and acid unite.
November 12 - 24 ✨ NEBBIOLO
Do you love Pinot Noir? Do you have a wicked heart-on for Barolo? If so, you’ll love this week’s varietal focus on Nebbiolo, northern Italy’s high-tannin, high-profile red grape.
